UAE Recruitment Process

  • Application Submission – Candidates apply through our website, emails, or call directly to our recruitment team with their updated CVs.
  • Initial Screening – We will review resumes to shortlist candidates based on relevant experience, qualifications, and job requirements.
  • Telephonic Interview – A brief call is conducted to confirm the candidate's interest, communication skills, and availability.
  • Technical Evaluation – Depending on the role, a skill-based test or technical round is conducted (especially for IT, construction, healthcare, or engineering roles).
  • HR Interview – Covers employment history, expected salary, availability, and relocation willingness to UAE or GCC.
  • Client Interview – Shortlisted profiles are sent to the employer/client for further virtual or in-person interviews.
  • Document Collection – Candidates are asked to submit ID proof, education, experience certificates, and passport copies.
  • Offer Letter Issuance – Once selected, an offer letter with terms and conditions is shared for acceptance.
  • Visa Processing – The employer initiates UAE visa formalities, which include medical tests and approvals.
  • Attestation (if required) – Educational and professional documents may need to be attested for specific industries like legal, healthcare, or education.
  • Pre-Departure Formalities – Includes flight bookings, orientation, and final checklist for travel.
  • Travel to UAE – The candidate travels to the UAE on the provided employment visa.
  • Post-Arrival Medical Test – A mandatory medical fitness test is conducted by UAE health authorities.
  • Emirates ID & Work Permit – Upon medical clearance, Emirates ID and labor card/work permit are issued.
  • Onboarding at Job Site – Candidate reports to the employer for joining, training, and formal onboarding procedures.
